A fresh coat of SW Snowboard and new house numbers were all this house needed to celebrate its 100th birthday in style!
The finishing touch was the bold decision to paint the porch SW In The Navy.
The wood was in rough shape and covering it with navy paint was the perfect clean & modern solution.
The last step of this project was demolishing and replacing the front porch. Years of rot required replacing the rafters as well as the deck boards.
It’s the perfect little relaxing outdoor oasis in the city!
Thanks again to our friends for letting us tackle this project with them and cheers to many more sunny afternoons on the porch in the future!
