Cesca chair roundup
It’s been about two years since I thrifted a set of four Cesca Chairs and I’m still head over heels in love with them.
And I think it’s worth mentioning that I admired these chairs long before I owned any. It’s a classic that will never go out of style, but right now they seem to be especially trendy. The juxtaposition of the industrial steel and cane (or upholstery) is a timeless mix that has already survived nearly 100 years and can be found in interiors that range from minimal to bohemian and nearly everything in between.
We opted to search the thrift scene and found a set of four for a good price. If you’re looking on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, search for “Cesca chair”, “Cantilever chair“, or “Cane dining chair”. Something will come up eventually!
