A years-long collaboration with Four Seasons New York Downtown and Studio van M has put the hotel on the map as the premier destination in Manhattan, winning multiple Forbes Travel Guide Five Star awards (both Hotel and Spa) and Forbes Vetted best hotel in New York City for two years running.

The Studio has worked closely with creative, marketing, and public relations leadership at the property as well as print and product vendors to bring the a uniquely branded vision of the property to life. The Hotel and Spa are infused with brand touchpoints in both digital and print media to provide a seamless guest experience.

The Art of Living is a brand extension that welcomes guests to discover a new kind of urban chic. Every touchpoint of a guest experience is elevated through art-inspired branding, illustrated collateral, and an inspiring lifestyle blog. 

theartofliving.nyc serves as a blog and virtual concierge, offering content from celebrity chefs, wellness experts, and rising designers in New York City.

Redefining the conventional hotel stay with convenient personalized luxury.

In-Room Essentials empowers guests to browse and purchase the hotel’s most coveted retail items right from the comfort of their suite. Effortlessly accessed by scanning a QR code thoughtfully placed in each room, guests can explore a meticulously curated assortment of premium products, including the exclusive memory card and Go Fish game, “The Art of NYC”.

03. The Varsity Collection

A mix of luxury, style, urban sophistication, and a touch of whimsy.

The Varsity Collection is the first spotlighted merchandise drop designed in New York and available exclusively at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. The vibrant color palette harmoniously blends the essence of old and new New York, drawing inspiration from the hotel’s newly renovated suites by renowned interior architect Bill Rooney and his team at Bill Rooney Studio, Inc.

The collection includes “The Art of NYC”, a two-in-one memory and Go Fish card game, adding a delightful touch of entertainment. Inspired by the art and culture of New York City, this game serves as both a keepsake and an immersive experience, guiding players through the iconic landmarks and attractions of the city both figuratively and literally.

04. Suite Launch

Reimagined suites with an intimate aesthetic and elevated touchpoints.

Six new suites designed by interior architect Bill Rooney and his team at Bill Rooney Studio capture the essence of a luxurious Tribeca home and pay homage to the area’s spirit and craftsmanship.

The suites are artfully curated with amenities to make guests feel at home. Within each suite, there are games, travel and fashion books, and classic record players with epic record collections from iconic New York musicians.

The suite experience is elevated further by creating new wellness rituals for guests to have a serene place to come home to after a busy day of exploring. Wellness amenities include a meditation cushion and yoga mat, Bathorium bath salts and a mindfulness affirmation card.
